Return Policy

We want you to love and be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or store credit. Returned items must be in new and un-used condition, and include any original tags or packaging.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment received. The original shipping cost is not refundable. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item. We recommend tracking and/or insurance service when shipping the return item to us.  
 

How to Return Merchandise

After reviewing the return policy above, please e-mail us at returns@jadeshooting.com to let us know you wish to return an item. So that we can better assist you, please include your order number. We will reply with more information and instructions.
